The SETI League, Inc. is pleased to provide this online form to enable you to register in advance for the EuroSETI04 Science and Technology Workshop. Please use this form to provide the required information, and then remit your registration fees by phone, fax, post, or an external secure web server, as described below.

Deadline:Pre-registration and payment are due by 29 February 2004. After that date, attendees may register at the door for cash (Euros only) at an additional fee.

Those missing the preregistration deadline may still register at the door, at a rate of 50 Euros for SETI League members, and 100 Euros for non-members, payable in cash only.
