EuroSETI04 Call for Papers
March 26-28, 2004, Heppenheim Germany
SETI League members or supporters wishing to present a paper should email a proposed title and a brief (100 to 200 word) abstract to the Executive Director at n6tx @ setileague.org, no later than 31 January 2004. Abstracts should be sent as straight ASCII text in the body of an email message, and, upon peer review and acceptance, will be converted to Portable Document Format (PDF) for posting to this website. Be sure to include your full name, affiliation, postal address, and email address, and indicate the specific conference for which this paper is being submitted. See these SETICon03 Abstracts as examples of acceptable format.
In lieu of a formal Proceedings, we plan this year to distribute workshop abstracts and handouts on CD-ROM. Upon acceptance of abstracts, workshop presenters are invited to email any additional material in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or PDF formats, for inclusion on the CD. Such materials may be sent as email attachments to the Executive Director, at the above address. Due to production deadlines, all such materials must be received by no later than 29 February 2004. Please note that this is a firm deadline. We regret that any materials received after that date will not be included on the workshop CD.
Papers accepted for EuroSETI04 will also be considered for inclusion in Contact In Context, the online, peer-reviewed scholarly journal of research on life in the Universe, published twice a year by The SETI League, Inc.
All presenters must still register as EuroSETI04 attendees, using this form. Thank you for your interest and participation.
