In recognition of this significant landmark, the educational and scientific organization has launched a new membership initiative specifically targeting the social network. From now until the end of April, 2016, annual membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year (a $50 value) are hereby reduced for our Facebook followers to just $20 US. This offer applies to new memberships, as well as renewals or extensions of existing memberships.
To claim your Facebook Friends discount, simply fill out our standard Membership Application Form online, inserting the word "Facebook" in the Comments field toward the bottom of the form, and entering 20 in the box for membership dues remitted. Your support of our educational and scientific mission is greatly appreciated, and will bring us that much closer to contact with our cosmic companions.
Largely using radio telescopes and optical telescopes, SETI scientists seek to determine whether humankind is alone in the universe.
