The mount for the new 300 foot diameter Green Bank Telescope is slowly taking shape at NRAO. The GBT will be the world's largest fully steerable radio telescope.

This frame will support part of the GBT's 300 foot reflector. The instrument is scheduled to enter its testing phase late in 1997.
