If SETI League member Rich Arland, K7SZ, looks forlorn, it's because he's reluctantly decided to sell his Icom IC-R7000 receiver. The 7000 has been the receiver of choice in Project Argus stations for the past 20 years, was featured in the SETI League Technical Manual online, and continues to serve Argonauts around the world very well indeed. Anyone caring to make Rich an offer on this well-maintained and gently used multi-mode microwave receiver may contact him via k7sz_@_live_dot_com.

In last week's Featured Photo, you saw Prof. Shuch and the antique MG-TD which co-starred with him in several SETI documentary films. We have recently learned (thanks, Wayne, for the heads-up) that the original photo has been digitally transformed into an internet meme, appearing several thousand times on the Web!
