SETI League Presidential Authority

The Board of Trustees authorizes the President, in his or her capacity as principal officer under Article VI, Section 3 of the Bylaws of The SETI League, Inc., to make such policy decisions and implement such programs as he or she deems necessary for the orderly day-to-day operation of The SETI League, Inc. Such actions by the President are subject to subsequent review by the Board of Trustees at its annual meeting as detailed in Article V, Section 3 of the Bylaws of The SETI League, Inc. This authority is subject to review and revocation by the Board of Trustees at any time.

These Rules and Regulations shall have the force and effect of Bylaws of The SETI League, Inc. They may be amended as necessary from time to time by the Board of Trustees. Amendments or revisions shall become effective as of the date of their posting to the World Wide Web site of The SETI League, Inc.
